DELIVERY LOCATIONS

  • We currently deliver within designated areas as specified during booking.
  • Delivery outside these zones may be possible on request and may incur additional charges.
  • All on-premise deliveries (within the event or hotel venue) are included in your package unless otherwise specified.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

For food orders, event setups, or hospitality packages:

  • Standard delivery window: Within 2–4 hours of confirmed order, unless scheduled.
  • Pre-booked event deliveries are managed as per event timelines shared by the client.
  • Customized products (e.g., hampers, return gifts) may require 1–2 days preparation time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard delivery is included for in-house events and within covered zones.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply based on distance, urgency, or custom handling.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking or delivery updates are shared via email/WhatsApp or communicated directly through our customer support team. For real-time status, feel free to contact us.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

  • While we strive for timely service, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, or supply issues.
  • In such cases, we will inform you proactively and ensure delivery is made at the earliest.
