CANCELLATION POLICY

SECURITY NOTE

In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we require identity proof at check-in. Acceptable documents include Driving Licence, Passport, PAN card, or any other valid Government-issued ID. This is mandatory for all guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 1. Rates are inclusive of full buffet breakfast.
• 2. All rates and taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
• 3. Check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 am.
• 4. Room rates are exclusive of all applicable taxes.
• 5. Taxes are charged as applicable at the time of booking/stay.
• 6. Reservations with check-in prior to 09:00 hrs will be held from the previous night and charged accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a retention fee equivalent to one night’s room charge. No charge will apply if cancellation is made with more than 48 hours’ notice.
